Seton Hall Law School announced that this fall it will start an Investor Advocacy Project. Students will work under supervision to provide legal representation to investors with limited income or small dollar claims who have a dispute with an investment professional and are unable to obtain legal counsel. Claims may include those resulting from unsuitable investment strategies and unauthorized trading activity.
If you have experienced losses and think you might have a claim, you should not wait until the fall. Your claims could be barred by the Statute of Limitations or Arbitration rules if you wait too long. It is also important to investigate possible claims as soon as possible to preserve evidence and locate witnesses. If you would like a free initial consultation to discuss your possible claim, call and schedule an appointment with Guy whose undergraduate degree is in Finance and Business Economics. Call 908-996-6240 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
